Delete your account

How to delete your Bookmark account and data.

In the app

1. Open Bookmark and tap your profile.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

This deletes your account and the saves on that device straight away. If you use Bookmark without an account, use Delete all data in the same place.

By email

If you can't open the app, email from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Bookmark account”. We delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: sign-in identifier and email address.
• Any saves synced to your account.
• AI usage counts linked to your subscription, within 30 days.

What isn't

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
