Common questions

A save didn't get an AI name. Check that AI is allowed in the app's privacy settings, and that you're connected to the internet. Names are written within a few seconds, and saves made offline are named the next time you open the app.

I subscribed but Pro isn't on. Open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel? iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

How do I get my saves out? iPhone: Profile → Privacy and data → Export my library. Android: Settings → Export everything.
